Welcome to the Reading Brains Laboratory, located at Dartmouth College.
We study how reading-related skills develop in children and how the reading brain works in both children and adults.
We are interested in learning about reading-related processes and the reading process itself in both better and poorer readers.
A primary goal of our research is to make meaningful connections across the fields of education, neuroscience, and psychology.
Our research is part of a science of learning approach to education, consistent with courses taught in the Minor in Education at Dartmouth.
